Diego Lebaudy

Diego Lebaudy attended SUNY Albany and SUNY Oswego for his undergraduate studies. He graduated from SUNY Oswego in 1995. In 2001, he received his J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law. In February of 2002, Diego opened his law office in Oswego, New York. Since 2005, he has practiced exclusively in real estate, representing buyers, sellers and lenders and has handled approximately 10,000 closings.
Diego is a licensed New York State Title Insurance agent and serves as a direct agent for Stewart Title Insurance Company. He represents various lenders, which include and are listed in alphabetical order as follows: AmeriCU Credit Union, Bank of America, Carthage Savings Bank, Compass Federal Credit Union, Genesee Regional Bank (GRB), Homestead Funding Corp., KeyBank, Movement Mortgage, Northern Credit Union, Owners Choice, Oswego Teachers Federal Credit Union, Paragon Home Loans, SeaComm Federal Credit Union, Upstate Premier Mortgage and Veterans United.

Tristen J. Robinson
Managing Attorney (Watertown)
Tristen J. Robinson was born and raised in Alexandria Bay, New York. Following graduation from Alexandria Central School, she attended Rochester Institute of Technology and then SUNY Oswego, where she was recognized as the Outstanding Senior in Public Justice and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Public Justice, Pre-Law Concentration in 2015. In 2018, she received her J.D. from Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont. She returned to the north country and was admitted to the New York Bar in January 2019.
Prior to joining Lebaudy Law Office, Tristen worked as an associate attorney with Conboy, McKay, Bachman & Kendall, LLP in Watertown, New York for over three years. While employed at Conboy she represented clients in estate planning, probate and estate administration, real estate transactions, real estate litigation, business formations, and criminal matters.
Tristen joined Lebaudy Law Office in early 2022. Her areas of practice include real estate, estate planning, probate and estate administration.

Sunny I. Tice
Attorney
Sunny joined Lebaudy Law Office, P.C. in February 2024. She represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Sunny is an Oswego native and attended LeMoyne College, graduating with B.A. in Communications in 2007. She received her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 2010. Prior to joining Lebaudy Law, Sunny was senior counsel for a large law firm in Syracuse, where she represented individual and business clients in all areas of commercial and residential real estate and financing.
